Anybody knows what program reads/uses *.sec files?

I believe its a US Gov specification word processing format.

Thanks for trying.  I can't find any info anywhere on this.

I can open them in MSWord, but they show up with all the control/formatting symbols.  Guess I'll have to write a program to clean them up.
