I plan using prestressed concrete for rectangular tank. Prestressed concrete for upper and bottom slab. You can give me some ideas. Thank a lot

Just a caution about losing compression stesses due to the restraint offered by walls.  I assume the stressing is to make the container more fluid resistant.  You might want to consider stressing the walls at the same time as the slab is stressed.  I've also used urethane foam sleeve for strand to permit stressing at right angles without shearing the strand.
