hiding cosmetic thread

Here's a new one in 2007 drawings. I don't seem to be able to select the dashed circles around threaded holes so I can hide them. This is important because I don't want them to show up in the DXF files I send out to the laser cutting service. I can remove them from the DXF file after I create it but I used to be able to do it in the SWX drawing.

RE: hiding cosmetic thread

What SP are you using?

Using SW07-SP1.1, I am able to to RMB on the  dashed circle and select hide, but that also removes the HW annotation.

Can you click on the cosmetic thread entry in the FM tree and select hide?

What Video Card and driver are you using?

cheers

OK that's weird. It only seems to be a problem in a sheet metal flat pattern view. Things behave normally in other views. Your suggestion of selecting them in the tree works though. Thanks for the good idea.

RE: hiding cosmetic thread

Yes, I see the same problem in flat pattern.

It is probably worthwhile submitting an ER if this is an important feature for you.

cheers
