Wanted: a book with a chapter on moment of inertia measurement

Hello!!!

Once I had a book with a chapter dealing with experiments to measure moments of inertia.
But I can't remember the name of the book nor its author.
Any ideas?

Thank you.

Blodget's Design of Weldments has a section (2.3)on determining the Moments of inertia using an "I-Rule"

Do you mean moments of an area (as used in beam calculations)?  Or moments of mass inertia (as used in dynamics calculations?

Thank you for helping me.
