Vacuum system for CNC router

Vacuum system for CNC router

Vacuum system for CNC router

(OP)
We will be machining profiles from a 10'x10' acrylic sheet (0.1" to 0.9" thickness) on a cnc router.  The router (one which is being researched for purchase) has a 10hp dry vane pump ((175cfm @ 28in Hg) and pulls vacuum through MDF.  I have not seen the machine run and would like to know if anyone has used such a vacuum system for similar application.  Will the vacuum be enough to hold down the sheets?  We plan to use only one pass, not multiple passes to avoid delamination.  The router has a 10hp HSD spindle (30 taper tooling).
Your feedback will be highly appreciated.

Thanks.
