Good references for timber design using LRFD

Good references for timber design using LRFD

I need to write a paper on that topic and up to this point the only references I have been able to find are the LRFD standards from NDS and an upcoming book from Donald Breyer "Design of Wood Structures-ASD/LRFD", which as the name implies finally deals with LRFD. Any help will be really appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I have two manuals here: "Engineering Guide for Wood Frame Construction" and "Introduction to Wood Building Technology" both by the Canadian Wood Council.  In Canada, we've been using LRFD (or Limit States Design) for about 30 years for steel and concrete and over 20 years for Wood...
