Hi everyone,

Anyone know any national code/standard as a reference for the structural design/calculation/check of composite/pultruded structural members?

Thanks for any input.

RE: Any national code/standard for composite/pultruded structural members?

ASTM D:3917 standard specification for dimensional tolerance of thermosetting glass reinforced plastic pultruded shapes

ASTM D:3916 test method for tensile properties

ASTM D:4385 classifying visual defects

There is some other standards out there....all ASTM. Is your search along these lines?

No. I ask for structural code/standard for pultrusions as strucutral members, not ASTM standards. Thanks anyway.
