Distribution Transformer Specs.

Distribution Transformer Specs.

Distribution Transformer Specs.

(OP)
Does somebody know where I can find distribution transformer specs.? I imagine they woudl very widely from power transformer ones.
Greetings,

RE: Distribution Transformer Specs.

Just ask for these from Cooper Power Systems, or
go to their website at http://www.cooperpower.com

Concerning distribrution transformers, has anyone
ever attended a transformer tear-down for either
pole or padmounted transformers?  ABB used to sponser
these events.

Who makes the best distribution transformers?  I have not really seen any difference between any of them (ABB slightly
better) but I would like to know how their cores compare.

RE: Distribution Transformer Specs.

Distribution trf spec varies from country to country in finer details;
For example in  American continent the following ANSI stds cover various types of Distribution trfs:
ANSI C57.12.20,21,22,23,24,25&26 Oil filled trfs
ANSI C57.12.50,51,52,55 Dry type trfs .
For Indian Sub continent ,CBIP stds cover detailed spec for distribution trfs.
