SW2006 custom sheet format

I'm putting together a custom sheet format for my company.  I've got the title block layed out the way i want, but some of the lines and all of the text are in a grayed out color - not black.  Everything is on the same layer, which is a solid black line.  Any clues as to what is going on?  Is there some other way to change the color of text and lines?

RE: SW2006 custom sheet format

You need to go to Tools>Options>System Options>Colors and in the system color box scroll down and select inactive entities and choose your color.

RE: SW2006 custom sheet format

The gray color means it is constrained.  Turn on your Line Format toolbar.  Right-click > edit sheet format.  Pick your lines then on the Line Color tool, uncheck Default then pick your color.   I do this because I may not have all of my lines constrained on my border/title block.

Try toggling the Color Display Mode in the Line Format toolbar.
