INSULATION ROLL/MACHINE FOR DE-ROLLING AND STICK PRODUCT

INSULATION ROLL/MACHINE FOR DE-ROLLING AND STICK PRODUCT

INSULATION ROLL/MACHINE FOR DE-ROLLING AND STICK PRODUCT

(OP)
In order to understand: we need to stick thin insulation 3 mm of flat steel sheet before profiling

We want to install a system over the profiling line in order to take out paper of adhesive side and to stick on steel sheet.

If you have an idea in an other application that we can use in this case even partly please inform and supplier too

RE: INSULATION ROLL/MACHINE FOR DE-ROLLING AND STICK PRODUCT

I would look a laminating type machines. All you would have to do is turn a station around with the addition of some type of separation roll.

RE: INSULATION ROLL/MACHINE FOR DE-ROLLING AND STICK PRODUCT

If the insulation is being applied to steel moving along a conveyor the separation roll will be difficult to match line speed since the roll diameter will constantly be increasing as more paper wraps onto it. I would look at pinch rolls that can match the line speed and chopping, hammer-milling, otherwise compacting/collecting the paper on the outbound side of the pinch rolls.
