(OP)
For a work in Europe-The Netherlands we should use the Estimators Piping Man-hour manual of mr. Page for calculating piping works. I don't have much experience in using Page therefor I have a few questions.
1.)Does anyone know if there are any factors used to increase or decrease the number of hours.
2.)What experience do you have in using Page.
3.)Are the site hydrotest hours so low or do I overlook something.
Any other tips and tricks are welcome.
I'm very interested in your reply.
