Updating Save View in Drawing

Updating Save View in Drawing

Updating Save View in Drawing

(OP)
Is there anyway that you can do an update on a drawing that uses a saved view?  For example I create a view in Modeler. Go to drawing insert that view.  Then I decide it's not the right angle for the view so change the view and save it over the previous one.  Now when I go back to the drawing I have to re create the view. Is there anyway that I can just have it update the view to the new orientation without having to recreate?

RE: Updating Save View in Drawing

The drafting use of a so-called 'modling view' is only of an instaineous nature.  That is, it uses the orientation of the modeling view to define the orientation of the drawing view, but there is no saved relationship between these aspects of the view and there was never any intention that there be, so it's working as designed.
