Delete only option on suppressed parts

Delete only option on suppressed parts

Delete only option on suppressed parts

(OP)
I'm not sure what I'm missing here, I have a part file with several features including extrusions, and sketches that are suppressed.  Right clicking on the suppressed parts in the model tree only shows me a delete option.  What the heck is wrong or is this some setting I'm missing? Some parts did have the resume option and I have "resumed" all that could be but still have just the delete option for the remaining features.

Thanks
Todd

RE: Delete only option on suppressed parts

Todd,

Add in the system tree a new coloumn called STATUS. This will tell you what is the real status of the features you can't resume.

If you do not have the option RESUME and there are still supressed features, this could be possible because those features were supressed by Pro/Program and not by the user. In ProE 2001 you cannot even delete them. I don't know if you have more access in Wildfire.

Maybe your features are controlled thru a family table?

Hora,

Thanks that was the problem!  Pro-Program was not adding the parts based on a pre-set part name - thank you again.

3dlogic,

Thanks for the tip - that also was what I needed.
