Challenger Circuit Breakers

Challenger Circuit Breakers

(OP)
Hi All,
I've tried several web searches and have not been able to find and useful technical information on Challenger circuit breakers.  They were apparently manufactured by American Circuit Breaker Corporation (no website found).  Does anyone have any information on these mccb's?  I'm looking particularly for a TCC for a catalog #CK31400G a 400A bkr with adjustable instantaneous settings.
If there is a direct replacement with another breaker (like a Cutler Hammer, Square D, etc.) that would help as the TCC should be similiar.
Thank You in advance.

RE: Challenger Circuit Breakers

From what I've seen, Challenger was apparently folded into Eaton (Cutler-Hammer), so you might try your local Eaton/Cutler-Hammer consultant specialist.

RE: Challenger Circuit Breakers

I had a couple of ugly weekends with some at a facility. They were retrofits into an old board, if you have this do not rack them out hot, we didn't based on what happened to the last guy's who tried.
We primary injection tested them, I know of no test kit. We had some failures to trip at 20,000 amps so be afraid.
