How can I transfer the license from my work desktop PC to my home desktop PC? I would like to work on the weekends from time to time.

here is the new procedure to obtain a home license. Read the
'Misc details on Home Use' very careful!:

V19 Home Use

Home use has changed for both Node-Locked and Floating seats in V19.

Home use is available for all Solid Edge products except data management applications.
To obtain a Home Use license all users, Node-Locked and Floating, will connect to
the License Management page: http://www2.ugs.com/Support/LicenseManagement.
- Click Passwords and License Files
Note: the "19 at home license" is will also be available for node-locked accounts
under Product Activation.
- Click on the Version pull down menu -> select "19 at home license" -> Click Continue
- Clicking Continue will take the user to a Home Use registration page. The user
will then need to complete the steps outlined on the page, such as create a home
use machine, fill out the required data fields, name, address, phone number, and
so on, then select from their companies list of purchased / available products,
and generate the home use license.
Misc details on Home Use
· Home Use license files are tied to a Disk Serial Number
· Home Use License file are only good for 6 months
· All Home Use seats are reset after a new release
· Once all available products are allocated for a give release / 6 months,
users will have to wait until the 6 month period expires / next release before home
use products can be assigned to different users, moved around, and so on.
