Trying to get initials off a drawing in pro e

(OP)
Hi - I'm looking for a way to get initials off a drawing in pro e.  Please help.

Thanks,

Highlight them and delete.

Where are they? Are they in a note or a table?

Also check if they are in the drawing format (*.frm). I've seen some people change the formats so they don't have to put the intitals in the title block every time, putting me in a situation not unlike your own.

Additionally, if the initials are in the format I would suggest creating a parameter in your start part file (Drawn_by) for example.  Then you can place a field in your format file referencing that parameter.  This way whenever a drawing is started all the drafter must do is set the parameter to the correct name.  Set the parameter to "string" I believe.

Could also be held in an Intralink only parameter if that is in use.
