RE: difference between slipform and jumpform
Jumpform - As the name implies, the wall form is jumped from one lift to the other. The system is supported by the lower lift of concrete. Forms are released and stripped after the concrete has adequately cured. Embeds are provided in the concrete to receive the form system when it is jumped up to the next level.
Try looking up on the web sites for Doka, Peri, Symons, Patton.

As stated above you should contact Doka, Peri, RMD who all have climbing formwork systems. Inserts are cast into the top of the preceeding lift which will be used to support the formwork for the subsequent lift. There may also be a simple mechanism bult in which will allow the formwork to be tilted back by a few degrees to make cleaning the formwork easier.
