Bend Relief missing...

Bend Relief missing...

Bend Relief missing...

(OP)
Hey Guys,
Have you noticed differnt flat patterns from auto unfold vs. manual.
What I have is a panel (16 ga) with 1/2 radius flanges 2.00" tall all around. If I unfold it auto it will only give a square corner notch. If I do it manually, where you select the bends, it will return the correct notch (with the "pie" slice).
   Ideas??Reasons??

Thanks,
      Ken

RE: Bend Relief missing...

You threw me a bit with your terms. What you refer to as "unfold it auto" is the Flatten tool and "where you select the bends" is the Unfold tool.

However, if you RMB click on the Flat-Pattern1 feature and select Edit Feature you will should see that it has several options. If you deselect Simplify bends and [b]Corner treatment[/b, you should end up with the same corner notch as the Unfold tool gives you.

cheers
