How to model rubber material (with damping) in ABAQUS ?

(OP)
Hi,

How is a rubber or polymer material typically defined in ABAQUS for dynamic (direct integration transient) analysis ?

I am using ABAQUS to model dynamics of an engine mount in time domain. The engine mount is made of natural rubber material. The material data available to me is dynamic shear modulus and damping factor - both as as a function of forcing frequency. Here the damping factor (dimensionless) is the ratio of Loss Modulus to Storage Modulus. What is the best way to impliment this material properties in ABAQUS?

Thanking you,
Jit.
