Help me please with Workbench 10

Hi friends,
I' ve done a thermal transient simulation with Ansys Workbench 10.0. I need to put some forces on my model in a precise instant of time of the transient. This is well possible by the program but I don' t get the convergence of the solution because I'm using a command file for the modelling of the material with the temperature. Can anyone help me with this problem? A solution could be extract the thermal transient rth file in the time needed for the simulation, is it possible and how? thank you very much in advance and sorry for mu rusty English language.
Bye Andrea
