creating Lids in FloWorks

(OP)
Hi
I've been through the tutorial for the Ball Valve in Floworks with out any hitch's, So I created a new project for a Fan Shroud that I'd drawn, but when I create a new Boundry  condition for the Inlet I get an error that says...
Face <2Lid Center-1@Extrude1> is not laying on the boundary between solid and fluid region.

is it because the Inlet opening is a Rectangular shape ? round Lids like the one used in the Ball Valve work just fine as a test in another project i created my own Round Lid in a simple Tube that worked but the Rectangular shaped Lids are no go.

I'm using CFW2006

What have I missed
TIA
Thomas
