I want to share this link with all. It is an update of the Florida Department of Management Services (DMS) previous charts/curves. Please not on the second page all the efforts that are excluded from the design fee. Of course the final numbers will vary depending on clients and other conditions. However, this will give you some solid backup and a place to start. I hope it could assist in any future fee considerations and preparation

Structural fees are normally range from 1.5% – 2.5% of he construction cost. This, of course, depends on the complexity of the project and the over all cost.
