2007 Distance mate always goes to a default

(OP)
Prior to 2007 when I put a distance mate in, the dimension in the dialog box would be the distance the two selections were at that time.  Now it is defaulting to a distance of 1 which is moving the part placement.  Is there a way to change this back to the 2006 and prior operationability?

RE: 2007 Distance mate always goes to a default

There was a thread on this about a week ago.  I believe it was either fixed in SP1 or would be fixed in the next SP.

That's correct--when I upgraded to SP 1 that was solved.  (I think I may have posted on that a while back.)
