what is first step in designing exchanger?
i've all process parameters,and i'm looking on net but can't find calculation and proces of designing exchanger in steps detailed explained,any help?

The first step is to identify what type of exchanger you are going to "design" (here, I assume you mean mechanically design).  By Process parameters, I suppose you mean the process design, which is the heat transfer duty, the fluids involved, all the fluids physical properties (thermal conductivity, viscosity, density, etc.).

The first step is to identify the type of exchanger you want.  Do you mean a plate heat exchanger (PHE)?  …a spiral heat exchanger (SHE)?  …or a TEMA type of shell & tube?  It makes a big, big difference.  Since you don’t furnish specific information, I can only guess that you don’t have the experience or expertise to do this.  Certainly, just giving you the first step isn’t going to do the job for you.  There are many, many steps left and you won’t design an exchanger through this Forum.  If you haven’t done this before or you lack the expertise, I wouldn’t try what you are proposing – unless you are doing it as a hobby.

The real help you can get for this is in the laps of heat exchanger manufacturers - people who do this for a competitive, economic living.  If your application is a real one and you need results, go to them.  Or is this an academic or student exercise?

Go to chemicalprocessing.com and find the article "Process Modelling and Design of Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers".

Once process requirements are defined, an exchanger type needs to be decided based on process/maintenance/historical learning/plot space limitations/many more considerations.  Then you can work with exchagner vendor(s) to complete the mechanical desing.  For common types, HTRI would be the most accurate/reliable tool to design the exchanger.  For other proprietary types, only vendor(s) can design.  I think it is difficult to list every step and consideration in designing a heat exchanger in a single page.
