Copy Drawings Also?
(OP)
I need to copy one assembly file, all it's part files, and all the associated drawing files from one folder to another folder. SWExplorer does a fine job capturing the assembly file and all the associated part files but I don't see a way to grab all the drawing files as well. Can this be done?

Choose "Copy Children" and "Find where used". After it searches, then pick the checkbox for drawing. Also you can add a prefix or suffix. Finally, pick the folder to copy it to.

Now the caveat here is if you have both 2007 and 2006 SolidWorks on your computer. If you launch SW Explorer 2007 from within SW2007 and touch a 2006 file it will be converted. If you launch Explorer as a stand alone without SW running it will not convert the files. Best to do testing on dummy data to see cause and affect.
This is not an issue for me since I do not have SW 2007 installed on my computer yet.
If you are on maintanance you could go and get the SW Explorer 2007 package and install on your machine.

SMCADMAN, the steps you describe only work for the assembly drawing, they don't capture the drawing files associated with the parts that make up the assembly (unless I'm missing something).
I may take a look at installing SWExplorer 2007.
RE: Copy Drawings Also?
Do you have 1 drawing per model or does 1 drawing has all of the models for a project? Are your models in different folders than the drawing? It shouldn't make a difference, but knowing this may lead someone else to help you.

It will take the drawings associated with each model.

I have a very straight forward assembly. It is made up of 4 parts. Each part has it's own associated drawing file. The assembly file also has an associated drawing file. all these files are in the same folder. If I follow your example then only the drawing file associated with the assembly is found and copied. None of the part drawing files are captured.
If I'm not mistaken, this is what the picture included with your example shows as well.
