How to model and analyze existing Structure ?

(OP)
Problem 01
I wanna model an existing structure for evaluation of earthquake behavior. The structure is well designed. Cross sectional dimentions of beams and columns are availabe as well as reinforement ratio is also known.

Problem 02

For pushover analysis hinge properties are defined and assigned to beams and columns. Two type of hinge definition is possible- default and user defined.

*What is the singnificance of the values provided in default hinge properties ?

* How the values for rotation and moment can be determined for "User defined hinge properties" ?

RE: How to model and analyze existing Structure ?
