Solid Edge V18 SP6 on WinXP SP2

RE: UGS Marketing

Hi Toffeet,
I get MCAD magazine delivered and I think the article you are referring to is the second part of a Solid Edge V19 review.
I can't ever remember a UGs supplement in the magazine, so hopefully UGS are now starting to push their solutions a little more.
The magazine is generally quite good, but in my opinion there seems to be an awful lot of bias towards Solid Works/Dassault and AutoDesk (not intentional I'm sure).
For example when comparing systems outside of the main 3 mid-range modellers (SE, SW, Inventor), Solid Edge is rarely mentioned.
I know they have to pay for adverts etc. but every time there is a new release of SE there is a multi-page supplement for Solid Works, and the SolidWorks reviews are usually more in-depth.
