Dear readers of this forum,

My name is Anca, I'm a translator searching for help :)
I have to translate a specialized text.
It says:
Allowable stress for bolting is Sigma ber.tbolt = 716.4 MPa
I really don't know what "ber." stands for, I couldn't find it anywhere.
Could you give me some piece of advice please?

RE: help with an abbreviation ber.

Probably a typing mistake. ber could actually be per, ie. the stress per bolt, ie. for eeach bolt

corus
