What's the easiest way to essentially copy/paste a sketch 100 times? Each sketch will be driven by different expressions, but I can edit these as I place the sketch. Each "instance" is to be positioned from the midpoint of a line, I don't want primed expressions (p1=0 -vs- p1'0=0), and I need it simple so this simpleton can do it (*sigh* ...me)
I've played with the copy/paste thingy, but not having much luck (various reasons, mostly due to my never using copy/paste before). Any suggestions will be appreciated, and useful tips will garner a shiny new star! TIA...

I needed to generate a geneic aerfoil shape which could be parametrically altered. I did as follows.
1. created a macro which created a sketch, and inserted 250 smart points (to get expressions without having to constrain the sketch!).
2. ran the macro 20 times to to generate each section.
3. created a spline through the points, and then a surface.
4. Then created a simple programe which would genereate a expressin file (I used VB inside excel)
I then import the new expressions file each time I want a new aerofoil.
It's quick, dirty but works.........
I tried to do it in KF but failed.....Bummer......
hope this helps?

Thanks for the suggestions and sorry for the delay in responding. Tis been a bit hectic around here lately... I haven't done anything else on my little project, but will hopefully get to it later this week. Until then, stay tuned...
