Incident Report

(OP)
We have gotten this error acouple of times trying to open a catproduct. The only fix we have found is to tape an older version on and redo what was lost. Does anybody know what might cause this and how to fix it?

Type   | Object     | Description
Error    (file name)  OSM_DA016:Cannot open document due to invalid OSM data

RE: Incident Report

Forfun,

We got the same problem last week with R15SP6.
Does the SP7 fix that problem?

Thanks

RE: Incident Report

Milleou - the incident report that solid7 posted states SP5 and SP7.  Roll back to SP5

Regards,
Derek

Milleou,

I haven't had any of our users(14) complain about it since we went to sp7. Hope we don't see it again:)
