How do you display bitmap image in 2D drawing

How do you display bitmap image in 2D drawing

How do you display bitmap image in 2D drawing

(OP)
I have created a bitmap image, using sketch picture, of a label and inserted the part file into an assembly model.
The label displays OK in the 3D model but not in my 2D drawing of the assembly.

All I’m seeing of the label is its outline but none of the “bitmap text and imagery”
Any clues as to what needs to be done to display my label. Can it be done?

I was hoping not to have to extrude the information on the label but may have to if there is no alternative.

Then its probably your Graphics card, becauseI just tested this using Photoworks decal on a part and shaded it in a drawing and it worked find. Works the same for SW06.

Thanks Scott but we don’t have Photoworks. We’ve just been upgraded to SW2007 so gonna experiment and see if that copes better otherwise we will have to extrude or use the wrap tool.
