Is there a way of getting an external thread to show up on a drawing, just as an internal one does after using 'hole wizard'?

We use a lot of non-standard threads so I typically use Insert/Annotations/Cosmetic Thread. You can add thread callouts with Major, Minor, Pitch and whatever else you want. I use this for non-standard internal threads as well.
