Matrix thing...

Matrix thing...

Matrix thing...

(OP)
Hi!

I have this matrix, but only the second row appears (AsMsp(t)), i know how to call the row by indicaticating with the subscript the number of the row, but i need to use the "if" command and compare each row with a value and the same time, not me changing the subscript each time.

So, anyone can help me?

Thanks!

Diquan

I need to compare an amount of steel to each row, but mathcad is doing that only to the function that i decide, in this pic to the first row.

Each row is a combination of loads but in term of a funtion that varies along "t", and "t" is in meters the equation gives an amount of steel depending on the funtion.

RE: Matrix thing...

I'll confess that I don't really understand what you are trying to do.  But from what I think you might be trying to do, it seems that a "for" loop would be the answer.  Are you familiar with Mcad's programming tools, and have you tried writing a loop to do your task?  If this doesn't help, try posting a little more detail (step by step what you want to do) about your task.
