FYI - This will get repaired in SP2 from my understanding

The Dongle Driver cannot be installed on 64-bit machines that's why it doesn't work... there isn't a dongle driver yet.

Yikes... thanks for the heads-up, Scott.  That will save my group some grief to know that, so a star for you.

Despite the fact that Windows XP x64 has been out for a while, there is still a surprising dearth of hardware drivers available for it.  That is why I have been extremely vocal about my group sticking with 32-bit machines, at least until Windows Vista is released and becomes the standard for compatibility.
