Energy usage improvement in Rotational Molding Industries

(OP)
Hi,

I'd like to know if any of you have experience on improving electricity usage in rotational molding industries? It is because I couldn't see a lot of electricity consumption on the molding process, the only big consumption I could see is the rotational arm of the mold. Please let me know if you have more suggestions. Thanks.

RE: Energy usage improvement in Rotational Molding Industries

Isn't there a big heater in there somewhere?

And forced cooling?

Heater is using natural gas and the cooling are using well water without chilling it.
