global axis problem

global axis problem

global axis problem

(OP)
Hi all

i had modelled a master geometry sime times ago and also some other models linked to this master geometry..Recently i have come across a problem..that is i should have modelled the master geommetry in a specific direction of global coordinate axis system so now i need to change the orientation of my master geomtery such that all linked models also must be effected from this change..or should i model everything ( 100 part) !!!! from scratch again?

I would be glad if anyone give me some solution methods..

thanks in advance...

RE: global axis problem

Hi, i think it has an easy solution. It depends on the way you had made the model but if you have made a good model you have to insert the new axis you want and replace the old one clicking with the third button on it.

I hope i help you
