What are the support policies for Agile and UGS for support of previous versions when a new version is released? Do they have a policy about end of life support? Do they commit to support for x years, etc? Does anyone have any experience with either of them on getting support for previous releases? Sometimes policy and practice are different.

Usual support is until the second version is released.
NX was supported until NX3 was released, etc.
