Standard Workmanship Standards

(OP)
I am trying to find a training tool on standard workmanship training as it pertains to torque values, hardware stacking, hard joint verses soft joint. etc.

We adhere to IPC-610 which is EXTREMELY basis but specifies electronic board assembly not the metalware associated such as the chassis, etc.

Any ideas?

RE: Standard Workmanship Standards

[Lockheed] Martin Marrietta used to publish general electronics sub-assembly info called Workmanship Standards, but that was more than ten years ago.  It had the color photos, accept-reject, etc.  -goog luck
