Using and specifying cohesive zone elements?

(OP)
I am trying to simulate a fiber pull out test. This is a circular fiber that is partially embeded in a matrix. I want to apply an axial force to pull the fiber out. I have specific behavior of the shear stress vs displacement (nonlinear plot) of the interface between fiber and matrix. how can i mesh elements INTER202? How can i spedify the desired interface behavior? Is there any guided example on how to use this element?
thanks in advance!
