It is much better to use Post Weld Heat Treatment (PWHT} when referring to the ASME Code, especially UCS-56.
Even though you will see the terms PWHR and Stress Relieve use synomously the are in reality not the same when it comes to PV's and the ASME code. Stress relieving can be done at different temperatures and times and there is no specific requirements. PWHT is as it says a requirement based on specific requirements as given by the code for each material.
I would recommend that you read UCS-56 along with the references to familiarize yourself with these requirements. There is no need to try and remember all the nuances of the requirement just remember where to look.
