Greetings,
I was wondering how everyone who upgraded is making out?
The newsgroups have been pretty quiet.
Any specific problems or concerns?

Regards

RE: Sw2007 SP0 stability

I've been enjoying mine for about 2 weeks now and the only glitch so far has been with the drawings.
I printed out a couple of sheets and the dimension lines were there, but the actual dimension value wouldn't print out until I assigned them to a layer.
Maybe a setting I missed somewhere, but I don't recall having to do that "extra" step with the previous versions.

RE: Sw2007 SP0 stability

I've been running it hard over the last week, focusing on rendered animations (not much design).  It's good--I've had two crashes when SW attempts to access more RAM (not sure why it crashed--I had plenty of RAM available).

One annoying thing is that within an assembly when creating a distance mate--the distance between parts is not maintained within the distance box as a starting point--it's instantly changed to a default value (0.100" or 1.000").  But I've heard this is a bug that's already been noticed and will be corrected by a service pack.

Otherwise, the stability has been great.

Reason trumps all.  And awe trumps reason.

RE: Sw2007 SP0 stability

SP 1.0 to be exact, which is in EV already.

Only issue with Assemblies for the most part (coming from SW06 to 07) you might have to flip the alignment on them. if the issue is deeper then that send the files to your VAR.
