How can I return the mass in a spreadsheet? (without conflict)

(OP)
I am having some trouble returning a value of mass in a spreadsheet. It's not that I can't do it - I measured the mass, and assigned it a parameter. However, it causes a conflict in the spreadsheet, as it is a dependent value on all the other features in the part. (in simple terms, it can't be updated, because the model doesn't know how to perform the change)

So how do I return the value in the spreadsheet as an absolute? Just a value, not a variable design parameter?

This sheet is a data compilation for manufacturing, more than a table to drive the design.

Thank you.
