cOMPRESSOR PROBLEM

cOMPRESSOR PROBLEM

cOMPRESSOR PROBLEM

(OP)
i WOULD BE GRATEFUL IF ANY ONE THERE COULD ADVISE ME HOW OR WHAT THE PROBLEM I HAVE MAY BE SOLVED.
wE HAVE A MANEUROP COMPRESSOR MT36 (3 hp) SEALED COMPRESSOR RUNNING A REFRIGERATED VEGETABLE OPEN DISPLAY COUNTER.
iT IS SINGLE PHASE I.E 240 VOLTS, 50 hZ.
tHE PROBLEM IS THAT AFTER YEARS OF OPERATION WE NOTED THAT THE START CAPACITOR ( 135 MICROFARDS 270 vOLTS ), AND THE POTENTIAL RELAY COIL BEING USED IN THE STARTING KIT BURNED OUT .
WE CHECKED THE COMPRESSOR AND LUCKILY IT IS OK. WE REPLACED
THE RELAY AND CAPACITOR AND WITHIN LESS THAN FIFTEEN MINUTES, THEY BLEW UP AGAIN.

WHAT WOULD YOU SUSPECT MAY BE THE PROBLEM AND HOW MAY I SOLVE THE SAME . I WOULD BE MOST GRATEFUL FOR YOUR ADVICE.
p.s WE HAVE TRIED TO START IT USING THE RUN CAPACITOR ONLY ( 35 MICROFARADS ) WITH THE MANUAL KICKSTART METHOD AND IT DOES RUN WELL WITH THE GAS RELEASED, BUT TRIPS WITH THE CONTACTOR OVERLOAD WHEN WE RECONNECT THE GAS LINES.
PLEASE ADVICE.
SANJAY.
