Scaling in Valves

Scaling in Valves

Scaling in Valves

(OP)
Hello,
I have to somehow correlate the potential scaling in two different axial flow valves. Does anyone have any good ideas to how to proceed on this?

Any advice and suggestions would be most welcome.

Thanks

RE: Scaling in Valves

Pressure drop through the valves linked to the PVT behavooir of the fluid?

RE: Scaling in Valves

There is a pressure drop difference between the two valves. It is about 10kPa difference. The question is how to quantify the difference between the two. I think the scaling difference will be neglible.
