Sheet formats on network

I'm trying to save my sheet formats on our company network so when there are changes, everyone can access the new version. My problem is this: I am able to load it from the network by browsing for the file and opening it, but the sheet formats don't stay in my list of sheet formats. Is there a way to keep them in this list without having to copy the sheet formats into c:\program files\solidworks\data or do I have to browse every time? Thanks in advance!

RE: Sheet formats on network

In your System Options> File Locations> Document Templates, add teh location for your templates, and move that network location above your C:\ location.

Excellent! Thanks a lot mate.

RE: Sheet formats on network

The "File Locations" function should be used for any customisations you make, otherwise they could be lost when upgrading.

cheers
