PLC Wiring

(OP)
I ordered a PLC to raise and lower a cylinder based on a timed cycle.  But there is no cord to plug into the wall.  Is this standard?

Does anyone know how I show wire a plug into the power supply?

Thanks for your help.

RE: PLC Wiring

What brand is it?  Didn't you get a manual with it?  There should be a section in the manual that shows the proper way to hook it up.

Let us know how you make out.

RE: PLC Wiring

YES, this is normal.  Users supply their own power to suit their own installation requirements.

RE: PLC Wiring

PLC usually come with screw-in terminal for it's power in. Some are driven by DC.
