Hide sketch dimensions?

Hide sketch dimensions?

Hide sketch dimensions?

(OP)
Hi all
Is it possible to hide sketch dimensions? I have searched, but can find only the option to hide / show dimension name.
TIA
Nick

RE: Hide sketch dimensions?

There is no option to hide a sketch dimension in a model, but you can in a drawing view.

If you explain what you are trying to accomplish, someone may be able to offer a workaround.

cheers

RE: Hide sketch dimensions?

As CBL pointed out, not sure what you are trying to accomplish.  However, I will assume you are talking about hiding dimensions in a part or assembly.  There are two ways to turn off displaying (hide) sketch dimensions.  First is to right click on the Annotations folder in the feature manager tree and uncheck "Show Feature Dimensions".  This is the preferred method because it only "hides" feture dimensions (this includes sketch dimensions).  The second is to click on View in the menu bar and uncheck "All Annotations".  This will not only turn off displaying feature dimensions but also reference dimensions, cosmetic threads and lots of other annotations.  If you want to get more specific, when you right click on the annotations folder, click on details and that will give you a lot more options.
