RE: Complete Ignorant

Hi,
In the ANSYS Help document, you can get almost everything you want about the sofeware, how to start, how to make a simulation, etc.
   Good Luck!

RE: Complete Ignorant

Hi,
Monirri, you installed ANSYS without knowing anything about it? But then, WHY???
- if it's for professional reasons (it's a new instrument you plan to use and you've evaluated / chosen it as the best choice for your profession), then your reseller is there to guide you through the first steps (courses, training, etc...)
- if it's for your own connaissance, then why the help would be so urgent? Take time to read the manual (it's VERY well done)
- if it's for study, don't you have a mentor? a trainer? a comunity to refer to?

Please understand that eng-tips is REALLY not the best place to post such ultra-general questions...

Regards
