hello

 i would  to know how  to perform  a  continuity test
 on  a  wire ?
  i already check the volage  nothing  0  v .

Continuity simply means that you are measuring the expected resistance of a wire, e.g., somewhere close to zero ohms

Or sometimes it means confirming that what you think are both ends of the same wire are actually the same wire.  In which case, as IRstuff notes, the resistance will be near zero.
