High Quantity Soft Metal Drilling

(OP)
I have built a CNC drilling unit which drills EEG medical electrodes. It calls for a # 49 drill bit. The electrode is made of pure silver and very soft. The depth required is .245 to .250. The neck is dia is .087 to .092. These are lost wax cast and the machine (theoretically) handles about 3,000 units per 8 hours.

My questions...

What would be the best cutting solution for this job ?
What would be the the best drill bit for this job ?
Any pointers on drilling soft material like this in quantity would be great! I built this unit and it currently works ( I have only tested it in 20 unit batches) but I have not ramped it up yet so if anyone has experience and can help that would be great.

Thanks
